You don’t learn lifesaving action from a book. Lilaah trains and coaches individuals and organisations in water safety, medical care, first aid and lifeguarding in a way that matches how things really go: under pressure, with limited time, and with people who need to be able to rely on one another.

Lilaah was founded by Linda van der Veeke: OVD-Red (Duty Officer – Dutch Rescue Brigade), Senior Lifeguard on The Hague beach, and instructor in swimming rescue, TECC, ZHKH and NRR BLS/PBLS. That combination of operational experience and educational expertise is the foundation of everything Lilaah does.
